2008 Broadcast Design Awards

This year's BDA Awards were the recipient of Engine Design's extraordinary efforts to produce a truly unique and ambitious awards show graphics package to honor the best in broadcast design. The package consisted of a :60 second open, plus 45 custom award category cards and other deliverables. The design, a whimsically inspired animated piece contains elements of character animation and architectural 3D. Created entirely in Maya and rendered in mental ray, the open depicts the creation of a future New York City from concept to after party.
